Well-Being Service

Well-Being Service


Specialised community well-being service, supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, to help expand our reach. Aimed at individuals who are aged 18 years old plus and suffering from Sickle Cell Anaemia and Thalassaemia.


To access this service, individuals would need to evidence the following below:


  • Low levels of emotional health
  • Social and financial hardship
  • Challenges with health condition exacerbated by cost of living
  • Experiencing  barriers and inequalities


Our Health and Well-being team will work with you to provide a personalised package of support that may include:


  • Mindfulness & Holistic Therapy 
  • Cost of Living support 
  • Self Help Groups 
  • Healthy behaviours
  • Guidance and Information 
  • Other appropriate support
  • 1-2-1 stress management sessions
